Andhra CID Website Starts Help Desk for Public

The Andhra Pradesh Crime Investigation Department (APCID) has made it's official website more interactive and offered helpdesk for the general public. After receiving several requests from various sections of people, the Crime Investigation Department (CID), Andhra Pradesh has started a helpdesk in its website.

Public can now post / write their complaints / information to CID department on various issues such as Cyber frauds (Cyber Crimes) / Printing of Counterfeit Currency Notes/ Harassment of women by husband / relatives of husband Cheating and frauds Violation of civil rights / Atrocities against SCs / STs etc through help desk interactive feature on the website .

General public can also post information about dacoits / robbers and complaints regarding deficiencies in police investigation etc. The concerned officer in the CID department will respond to the query / request and reply to the complaint electronically in three working days by addressing the issue. The reply of the CID official will go to the complainant's email id .
