AP Capital Amaravati Draft Master Plan Notification – 2016

AP Capital Name Amaravati The Government of Andhra Pradesh is likely to release the Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) Draft Master Plan for the new capital city Amaravati very soon. The final notification of the CRDA – Capital Draft Master Plan will be released by the Chief Minister of the state, N. Chandrababu Naidu.

After the the release of Draft Master Plan notification, the people would be invited to submit their objections and suggestions through online, according to the Rule 10(1) of the CRDA Act. The people can submit the same within a month. Final Master Plan of Amaravati will be issued after disposing of the objections.

The farmers will be handed over their share of land / plots after the announcement of final master plant of the capital. The farmers who have given their lands under Land Pooling System (LPS) voluntarily would be handed over plots within 195 days from the date of publication of Amaravati master plan.

The Government of AP will develop the infrastructure as per the master plan only. The basic infrastructure will be ready within a year and complete and comprehensive development will take place in three years. The plots will be allotted to the farmers through lottery system and relevant certificates pertaining to plots will also be issued to the farmers.
