AP New Power Tariffs and Slabs from April 2013

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has announced new power slabs / tariffs for the household consumers and industrial houses. The Kiran Kumar Reddy Government has increased power tariffs for various categories and introduced new slabs for some consumers. The new current slabs and charges / tariffs will come into effect from 1st April 2013.

Slabs details:

LT – 1A Consumers:

1-50 Units: Rs.1-45

LT – 1 B Who uses more than 50 units per month.
0-50 Units: Rs.2-60
51-100 Units: Rs.3.25
101 – 150 Units: Rs. 4.88
151 – 200 Units: Rs. 5-63
201- 250 Units: Rs. 6-38
251 – 300 Units: Rs. 6-88
301 – 400 Units: Rs. 7-38
401 – 500 Units: Rs. 7-88
501 and Above Units: Rs.8 – 38

Power Tariffs for Industries (Per Unit):

LT Industries: Rs.6-08
Seasonal Industries: Rs. 6-75
Sugarcane Industries: Rs.4-63
Poultry Industries: Rs. 5-63
