BHIM App in Telugu, Tamil, Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati and Odia Regional Languages

BHIM app, launched by the Government of India gets a new update with additional features and security. The new updated BHIM version 1.2 comes with seven new languages. These are Odia, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Gujarati. The app is initially available in English and Hindi languages.

The new BHIM app version offers enhanced security features and superior user experience. The app facilitates digital transactions much more safe and secure. The Bharat Interface for Money (BHIM) app has been developed by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI).

New version of BHIM app has an option ‘spam report’. With this users can report spam and block unwanted payment requests. Users can also select the language of their choice through the app.

Another important features is customers can now also transfer money to the Aadhaar number linked with beneficiaries’ bank account. You can do this by choosing ‘Pay to Aadhaar Number’ option.
