Here we are giving building penalisation charges for apartments / flats in Hyderabad, Warangal, Karimnagar and other towns of Telangana state. The Government has clearly mentioned that this will be last chance for regularisation of deviated constructions.
It is also announced by the Government that the future violations by builders and construction companies with regard to apartments / buildings may attract criminal cases and levy of three times property tax, power and water bills on occupants.

The Government is also proposed to set up a tribunal for the redressal of these violations and cases in future after due consultations with legal ministry / department. Following are the charges of building penalisation for apartments under the categories of violations and lack of approvals.
At present, the Government has fixed the minimum penalty as Rs. 12500 for a 600 sft flat and a maximum of Rs. 60000 per sft for 2000 sft flat and beyond that. Here is the table:
My builder had already applied for brs / bps in 2008 for entire building. And we have the file number. Paid 5 lacs at the time of filing application
