You can apply online through Election Commission website. But is takes so much time to get response from concerned officials. Sometimes they never respond and you may not know the fate of your application, as like in my case.

Dear Sir,
Just I along with my family members enrolled our names in ADDAHHAR. The following discrepancies are notice during the enrollment : Village as written as WARELESS PARA in liue of WIRELESSPARA.
The regional spelling are also wrong.
In Case of Partha Das only Mother Name appear in the form.
Father name of Partha Das is Prithwis Das. When it is notice then the concern person opined that errors can not be modified as it was earlier captured. Now My request kindly modify the records as captured.

Dept, Govt. of West Bengal.

Respected Madam,
Reference above, a series of correspondence to the Panchyats & Rural
Development dept & Land & Land Reform Dept..from my end but not to know
well. The Applicant Retired WBPS Officer of the Govt. of West Bengal &
a Senior Citizen is being harassed by the Concerned Authority in above
respective Dept.

First: BDO Galshi-1 also spot visit & informed to the DP&RDO Burdwan
that Street Lights Most Needed.
In view of movements of hundreds of Madhyamik (Boys & Girls) along
School Para Village Road; there is no light in the existing S.E.B.
Poles from Mankar Boys Primary School to Chandimondap Tala School Para
Mohalla & no bumper in the Red Morrum Road, Bumper only exist in Main
Road.There is every possibility of Road Accident causing loss of life
damage to
property because of Extensive Vehicular movement along the road due to lack
of Bumper in the Red Morrum Road.
Due to darkness, in view of Corrosive Liquid throw through windows in
the ground floor of our said residence “Aashiana” in the recent past &
focusing of Torch lights over the same OFF & ON during night
hours(23.00 to 4.00) any time to cause a sense of insecurity in the
minds of residence – A criminal activity. I have also informed O/C Bud
Bud. He has to depute Thana Night Mobile Van to cover the locality to
combat the same & restore a sense of security & safety in the mind of
Villagers as well.

2nd : Non-Cooperation from B.L&L.R.O, Kanksa, Burdwan for issuing
‘Computerised Porcha’ of the land Panagarh Mouza, P.S- Kanksa under
Khatiyan No-729 & Case Process No-2345 i.r.o. Rafique ahamad. We are
not getting Computerised Porcha till now.

Kindly intervene & issue a direction to the Concerned Authority & do
the needful action & intimation to me. All supporting documents are
attached here with.
