The Congress high command has planned a master strategy to get the majority support to Telangana Bill 2013 in AP Assembly. The party has brought in age old 'divide and rule' policy to implement its strategy on Telangana Bill.
The AICC Secretary General and In-Charge of AP Affairs Digvijaya Singh has hinted on the prospects and possibilities of formation of Rayala Telangana, if AP Assembly is resolved to do so. In this way, there is a possibility that Rayalaseema MLAs will split to some extent and support T Bill.
On the other hand, Digvijaya has planned Visakhapatnam tour to get support of North - Andhra MLAs. He is likely to convince North Andhra MLAs to a greater extent through creating hopes on making Greater Visakhapatnam as capital city of residuary Andhra Pradesh state.
The Congress high command may also rope in Kotla Surya Jaya Surya Prakash Reddy, Purandeswari, Kishore Chandra Deo and T Subbi Ramireddy to get MLAs support from these regions.
