Devineni Uma Maheswara Rao is an MLA of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) from Mylavaram Assembly Constituency in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh. 2009 Elections: Devineni Uma contested in 2009 elections on TDP ticket. He was fielded from Mylavaram Constituency as Nandigama was reserved for SC Category in that elections.
