House Plot and Land Regularisation in Telangana State 2015

The government of Telangana state has issued orders for the regularisation of encroached lands in Hyderabad and other parts of the state. The scheme is known as House site or Plot Regularisation scheme.

Under this scheme the government lands which are occupied by poor people for housing purpose will be regularised by the government. The application process for the scheme has already been started.

The plot of areas measuring 125 square yards, and upto a maximum of 500 square yards will be regularised under this scheme. The applicants should provide a proof of residence such as Aadhaar Card / electricity bill, ration card, etc.

The application forms are available in the offices of the district collectors of the concerned district. The government has stopped the regularisation of encroached lands of area 500 square yards after evaluating the chances of misuse of the scheme by land grabbers.

  1. Sir,

The case in point is Survey No.44/1 in Munaganur village, Injapur Gram Panchayath, Hayathnagar Mandal, R.R. District where lower income groups have unknowingly purchased small plots way back in the year 1984 approved by Panchayat Samiti and registered by the Sub-Registrar (East), Hyderabad. They were disallowed to construct houses there stating that it was State Govt. assigned land.

“The State government has taken a wise and liberal decision to regularize the government lands occupied by poor in order to stop further illegal occupation, he said. “This is the last chance and there will be no second phase of regularization”, he clarified. Those who have occupied 125 sq yd land should apply well in advance to enable the land regularization with any difficulty, KCR said. As the amount for regularization of over 125 sq yd to 500 and beyond those fixed, the illegal occupants should make use of this chance, he said.”

Through the columns of esteemed newspaper, the CM is humbly requested to issue orders with magnanimity for regularisation of such vacant housing plots also on the above lines.

Further please note that I am retired senior citizen aged 65 years.

Please do the needful with magnanimity.

    Thanking you,

  3. Dear Sir,

I bought a land from Janachaitanya , behind Venkateswara Temple, Injapur. I bought this around 10 years back keeping in mind this will help me for my daughters marriage. When I approached few real estate brokers at injapur they said that this land is in legal case which is falling under FTL. My plot is in survey No 189 , Injapur Village, Behind Sri Venkateswara swamy Temple. I request you to clarify whether this plot is really under any legal case or Not?

  5. The government and media are silent on PLOTS in survey number 44/1 munaganòor, Hayatnagar, Hyderabad.

Following up since years back. IF they
They continue silence, it is an indication for the people purchased PLOTS can go for construction.

  8. The govt encouraging unauthorised encroachments, by way of regularisation, rather than people who bought with hard earned money got registration legally, govt creating problem saying assigned land, this way encouraging goods.

  9. The revenue authorities informed that the above scheme is not applicable to plots purchased / registered / later declared as Assigned.

Presently if applied now can it be REGULARISED.

  10. Though I represented in Collector Office, RR Dist
Collector said that there is no value for Panchayat Board Layout and Regd document in survey numver 44/1 munganoor RR dist. A PLOT 300 sq yrds bought in 1985.
Though TRS CM taken a decission, for Regularisation, entrusted task to collector, collector denied stating that it is a policy decission. Only CM has to take a decission.

Hence the Revenue dept is a utter failure in implementing govt orders.

SO PEOPLE WILL TEACH A LESSON.

  11. Sir,

How is it possible, that people
who bought a piece of plot, with hard earned money, not looted by other means, on approved panchayat layout, got it registered, will become a occupied/ encroached ?, In 1985, The MRO declared as assigned land, creating problem to innocent people.
As TRS Govt declared to reassign, why not the RR Dist Collector, not responded, when we approached in Prajadarbar?, TRS Dissolved Assembly, without completing the tasks committed.

    RESPOND INSTEAD KEEPING SILENT.

  12. THE COLLECTOR RR DIST NOT AT ALL RESPONDING, STILL ARGUING THAT NO VALUE FOR LAYOUTS APPROVED BY PANCHAYAT BOARD APPROVAL / REGISTRED DOCUMENT.

    I AM UNDER BPL CATAGIRY.

THE FACT IS THAT IN S.NO 44 AT MUNAGANOOR RR DIST HYDERABAD, GOVT SOLD TO LOCAL SC/ ST PERSONS AS PATTA LAND UNDER LAVANI SCHEME BUT GOVT AFTER SELLING THE LAND STILL SHOWING UNDER GOVT LAND ONLY. AS PER LAVANI SCHEME IF GOVT SELLS LAND IT WILL BE A PATTA LAND BUT GOVT NOT SUPPORTING.

    PLEASE RESPOND.
