Kolaka Lakshmana Murthy is a former MLA of CPM party from Naguru Assembly Constituency in Vizianagaram district of Andhra Pradesh. He contested and won from Naguru Segment in 2004 elections. Naguru constituency was dissolved at the time of 2009 elections as part of the territorial delimitation of constituencies.
