The government of Telangana is gearing up to another round of BPS (Building Penalisation Scheme), LRS (Layout Regularisation scheme) and BRS (Building Regularisation scheme) in the state. The government may issue GO and notification very soon as the GHMC poll schedule is underway.

The Telangana government is planning to release LRS, BRS and BPS notifications in September 2015 as the GHMC elections are scheduled in December 2015 / January 2016.
It is expected that the LRS and BPS schemes would fetch about Rs 2000 crores to the government as thousands of illegal layouts and constructions were identified in Hyderabad and other cities of Telangana state.

I am applied for LRS in the year of 2013 paid full amount(file no 721/13), it comes under Hmda Ghatkesar, but the officials who worked at that time cleared files only after satistying themself(Money) remaing files still not cleared,they said at that time waiting for govt orders,TRs govt came but this govt not saying any thing about this cases.now the office shifted to Tharnaka. pl give solution.

I constructed house in Uppal while it is Gram panchayat, I had approval for ground floor. Subsequently, I constructed first floor, after formation of Uppal Municipality, Municipal authorities are collecting tax for ground floor and first floor since 2002 for the are 160 Sq. mts. Subsequently, I remodelled the house by 220 Sq. mts. What is BRS amount I have to pay.

I am a student and i had applied for education loan against my property and the bank people had asked for the approved BRS plan of my flat and then only i will get the education loan :-(
But day by day the process is getting delayed and i am worried about my education career. why cant you people do it as early as possible because there are many people like me who are suffering from the same issue as i am :-(
Please understand and start the process as my varanda is deviated by only cms :-(

Unfortunately PSU banks insist on original building plan to know the approvals. Also contact some private banks as well.
