It is proclaimed by Sathya Sai Baba that the third incarnation of Sai, Prema Sia Baba will born in 2030. He is proclaimed to be born in Gunaparthi village in the Mandya district of present Karnataka state and previously named Mysore State. This was mentioned in a book ‘Living Divinity’ authored by Shakuntala Balu. Prema Sai will be the third and last Avatar incarnation of Shirdi Sai Baba, Sathya Baba and Prema Sai Baba. 2. Sai : Means Sa=Divine and Ai = Mother. As a whole, Sai means Divine Mother
