Chinna Govindappa is a leader of the Telugu Desam Party in Kalyandurg Constituency in Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh. He belongs to SC category and served as an MLA for three terms from Kalyandurg Constituency. He also served as Government Whip in the TDP Governemnt under the Chief Ministership of N Chandrababu Naidu.
