Badiga Ramakrishna is a businessman turned politician from Machilipatnam of Krishna district in Andhra Pradesh. He was elected as an MP of the Congress Party from Machilipatnam Constituency during 2004-2009. He was defeated by Konakalla Narayana Rao of TDP in 2009 elections. Ramakrishna's parents are B.Seshagiri Rao and Smt. B.Ramayamma. He was born on 02-09-1942 at Vijayawada of Krishna district in Andhra Pradesh. He was married to B. Premalatha on 31 May 1967 and they have three daughters.

Ramakrishna was educated till Pre-University. His permanent address is at 25, Janakpuri Colony, Secunderabad - 500009. He served as a member of committees on Industry, Commerce and Information Technology during his term as a MP of Lok Sabha.
