M. Mukesh Goud is representing Goshamahal Assembly Constituency in Hyderabad. He was elected from Maharajgunj Constituency in 2004 elections. After reorganisation of the constituencies in 2009 elections, Mukesh Goud shifted to newly formed Goshamahal Constituency and won on the ticket of Congress Party. Presently he is serving as Minister for Marketing and Warehousing in the cabinet of N. Kiran Kumar Reddy.
Mukesh Goud elected thrice to Assembly of Andhra Pradesh as an MLA. He served as Minister for Backward Classes Welfare in the cabinets of Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy and K. Rosaiah.
