Profile of Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka – Madhira Constituency

Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka is an MLA of the Congress Party. Presently he is serving as Deputy Speaker of AP Legislative Assembly. He hails from a small village called Lakshmipuramm which comes under Madhira Assembly Constituency of Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh. He will be swearing in as a Minister in the cabinet of N. Kiran Kumar Reddy on 6th February 2012. Bhatti Vikramarka is representing Madhira Assembly Constituency of Khammam district. This is the key constituency for the Congress Party out of all 10 MLA segments in Khammam district.

Bhatti Vikramraka has completed his Graduation from Nizam College, Hyderabad. After that he joined in Hyderabad Central University to complete the Masters Degree. Bhatti Vikramarka has served as Chief Whip of the Congress Party during Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy Government. He also worked as the Secretary to the former PCC President M Satyanarayana Rao.

Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka was born in 1961. Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka’s parents are Mallu Akanda and Mallu Manikyam. Bhatti Vikramarka’s brother is Mallu Ravi, another senior politician of the Congress Party. He eas first elected to AP Assembly in 2009. He served as the Chief Whip in 2009. Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka is married to Nandini and they have two sons. He also worked as PCC Executive Member during 1990–92, PCC Secretary during 2000–03 and as an MLC of Khammam during 2007.
