Profile of Mohammad Ahamadullah – Kadapa

Mohammad Syed Ahamadullah is representing the Congress Party from Kadapa Assembly Constituency of Andhra Pradesh. He was elected to AP Assembly for the first time in 2004 elections and reelected in 2009 elections. He served as Minister for Minority Welfare in the cabinet of Y.S. Raja Sekhar Reddy. He has been continued with the same portfolio in the cabinets of K. Rosaiah and N. Kiran Kumar Reddy.

Ahamadullah was from Kadapa district and known for his loyalty towards YSR. After the death of YSR, he has been maintaining silence on joining hands with Y.S. Jagan. Recently, Suadi Arabia Government arrested Ahamadulla and asked him to leave the country after finding that he had misused Haj Visa and toured other places not allowed under Haj Visa.
