SCV Naidu is a senior Congress leader from Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. He served as an MLA of Srikalahasti Constituency of Chittoor district. He won in 2004 elections from that segment and was defeated by Bojjala Gopala Krishna Reddy of Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in 2009 elections.
SCV Naidu won the Assembly elections for the first time in 2004. He contested again in 2009 on the ticket of Congress Party. Loksatta and BJP have fielded S. Chiranjeevi and M.
