Profile of SPY Reddy – MP From Nandyal

SPY Reddy is a senior Congress leader from Andhra Pradesh. He is presently an MP of Lok Sabha from Nandyal Parliamentary Constituency of Kurnool district. He is an industrialist from Rayalaseema. Here is brief profile of SPY Reddy. Parents of SPY Reddy are S. Konda Reddy and Smt. S. Veeramma. He was born on 04 June 1950 at Ankalammagudur of Kadapa district in Andhra Pradesh. He married S. parvathi on 20 November 1975 and they have two daughters.

SPY Reddy studied B.E. (Mechanical) from Regional Engineering College (Present NIT), Warangal, Andhra Pradesh. His address is at 30/726, Nandyal – 518 502, Andhra Pradesh. He served as Chairman of Muncipal Corporation of Nandyal during 2000 – 2003. He was elected to Lok Sabha in 2004 and reelected to Lok Sabha in 2009 Parliament Elections from Nandyal Constituency of Kurnool district.

He served as a member of Joint Committee on Salaries and Allowances of Members of Parliament, Committee on Commerce etc. He is likely to be fielded from the same Constituency in 2014 Lok Sabha elections.
