Suresh Kumar Shetkar is an MP of Zahirabad (Andhra Pradesh) Parliamentary Constituency in Adilabad district of Telangana. He elected from Indian National Congress (INC). He is a Agriculturist and Social Worker. He studied till B.Sc Agriculture at Marathwada Agricultural University, Parbhani, Maharashtra.

He was elected as President of Medak Congress Committee between 1991 to 98 and 2002 to 2008 and also Member of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly during 2004 to 2009. He was elected to 15th Lok Sabha and also Member of Committee on Chemicals and Fertilizers in 2009.
