Rajasthan Assembly Elections Results 2013

The BJP is set to return to power in Rajasthan. The party is leading in 135 seats as of now at 11 AM in the morning and the Congress is leading in just 32 seats. It is going to be big debacle for the Congress in Rajasthan. BSP is also leading in 3 seats in Rajasthan and 20 other candidates are also in leading position. Vasundhara Raje Scindia (See Profile) has set to become Chief Minister in Rajasthan.

The Congress is facing huge anti – incumbency in Rajasthan Assembly elections 2013. The exit polls of all the leading news organisations have estimated a big defeat for the Congress in this elections. The counting of votes will takes place on 8th December and the results will be announced on the same day for Rajasthan Assembly elections 2013.

The BJP and it’s leader Vasundhara Raje Scindia (See Profile) have all set to return to power in Rajasthan. The Ashok Gehlot Government of the Congress may not cross 50 seats, as per the exit polls by various media organisations.

The Rahul factor also may not come to the rescue of Ashok Gehlot. CNN – IBN and CSDS survey has predicted that BJP will secure around 126- 136 seats while the Congress will bite the dust with just 49-57 seats.

Times Now news channel has opined that the BJP and the Congress will secure 130 and 48 seats respectively. Other surveys such as Todays Chanakya, India Today – ORG, ABP – Nielson also predicted 110 – 147 seats to the Congress and 39-62 seats to the Congress. Let us wait for 24 hours more to get the verdict.
