The Government of Telangana has received tremendous response for Saada Bainama Registrations Scheme announced a few days back. The Government has received 10.96 lakhs applications as on the last date for the receipt of applications at registrar offices across the state of Telangana. The Government is yet to process these applications and update the status of Sada Bainama registrations.
Warangal district has topped the list as 2.97 lakhs applications for Sada Bainama registrations were received by the officers. 2.42 lakhs applications were received in Karimnagar district. The status of the Sada Bainama Applications will be available with the Tahasildar offices concerned.
The Government has announced Saada Bainama Registrations scheme on 3rd June and last date for the submission of applications has been extended till 22nd June 2016 with huge response from the people. The Government may set up separate website to process these applications.
The scheme is intended to offer free registrations for the Saada Bainama agriculture lands where the details of lands are recorded only on the stamp papers without registrations. These lands will be registered now without any stamp duty and registration charges by the Government.
