Sangareddy is the new district in Medak district of Telangana state. The Sangareddy state will be carved out from the existing Medak district with an area of 3116.32 sq.kms and 11,86,280 population. Sangareddy district of Telangana state will have Pulkal, Mulpalli, Raikode, Hutnura, Jinnaram, Patancheru, Ramachandrapuram, Kondapur, Sadasivapet, Sangareddy, Jhursangam, Kohir, Nyalakal and Zaheerabad mandals.
