September 4, 2012: Here is a good news for the share holders of Anil Ambani lead Reliance Capital firm. Anil Ambani has announced a special dividend for Reliance Capital share holders on the occasion of the company’s completion of 25 years.
Anil Ambani also informed that the company is in talks to sell a 26 percent stake sale in general insurance business. The special discount announced by Anil Ambani is likely to be considered by company’s Board on 10th September 2012.
Ambani has addressed the AGM of the company and announced the above decisions. He also informed that the discussions are in progress for Reliance Mutual Funds managing the funds of Nippon Life, Japan’s financial firm.
