Here is a good news for the devotees of Lord Sri Venkateswara Swami of Tirumala / Tirupati. The TTD (Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam) has made arrangements to sell the special darshan tokens through post offices across the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
The special darshan tokens of Rs.300 of TTD will be available in 95 head posts offices in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states from 5th January 2015. This is a good initiative of TTD in the new year.
59 posts officers in AP and 36 post offices in Telangana are identified to sell special darshan tickets. TTD was signed an understanding with the postal department for this purpose.
In Hyderabad, along with GPO at Abids, post offices in Secunderabad, Tirumalgiri, Khairatabad, Kachiguda, Hyderabad Jubilee Main Post offices will sell the special darshan tickets / tokens. The tickets are available 30 days in advance to the darshan.
