TTD Kalyanam Scheme for Free Marriages in Tirumala

TTD Kalyanam Scheme The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has announced a scheme called Kalyanam. The TTD will conduct free marriages under this scheme. The scheme will be launched on 25th April 2016.

There are so many devotees who wish to get married in TIrumala. At present, marriages are held near kalyana vedika at Papa Vinasanam. The charges are as follows: Purohits – Rs .500, Melam – Rs. 300, Video and Photos – Rs. 60.

All these charges will be waived from Monday onwards (25th April 2016). The newly married devotees will be allowed into the temple through special Supatham gate. The newly wed couples will be issued special darshan tickets along with thier relatives.

The marriage dates can be booked through newly designed app to be released within two weeks. Accommodation and special darsan tickets will be available through app. All the material related to marriage will be provided by TTD at free of cost. Certificate of marriage also will be issued within half an hour after marriage.
