Adilabad Lok Sabha Constituency is part of Telangana State. In 2014 General Elections, it was in United Andhra Pradesh. In that elections, Godam Nagesh of TRS (Telangana Rashtra Samithi) has won the seat. Congress and TDP candidates have secured 2nd and 3rd positions respectively. Congress candidate Naresh has secured 259557 votes while Ramesh Rathod of TDP gained 184198 votes.
