Andhra Pradesh Brahmin Corporation invites applications from the eligible persons for the grant of old age pensions, and pensions for single persons, widows and differently abled persons. Online applications can be submitted through www.andhrabrahmin.ap.gov.in .
Kashyapa Scheme:
This pension scheme is named as Kashyapa Scheme for Food and Shelter (KS-FS). Under this scheme, Government will pay Rs. 1000 per month to the orphan children, differently abled, widows and elderly.
Requirements:
The applicant should be from Brahmin community and reside in the state of Andhra Pradesh. They should have white ration card and family monthly income should be below Rs.75000.
For orphan children age should be below 14 years and for elders age should be above 60 years. There is no age limit for differently abled, widows and destitute women.
Application Procedure:
Online applications can be submitted at www.andhrabrahmin.ap.gov.in . The documens required are as follows:
Passport size photograph, Aadhar card, Caste Certificate, White ration card / income certificate, SB account details, certificate from old age home for elderly pensions, legal divorce document for widows, related documents for destitute women.
Selection Process:
State level committee will shortlist and finalise the applications. The amount of pension will be transferred to the saving bank account of the beneficiary. More details can be obtained from the portal www.andhrabrahmin.ap.gov.in .
