AP invites Donations for New Capital City Development Fund

The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, N. Chandrababu Naidu has invited the public across the society to donate for the construction of new capital city in Seemandhra / Andhra Pradesh. A separate account with the name ‘Andhra Pradesh New Capital Development Fund’ was created under Chief Ministers Relief Fund (CMRF).

The Revenue department will issue receipts to the donors who contribute money / donations for the development of capital. General public and donors can deposit the money through treasuries.

You can also donate in the form of DDs, Cheques in favour of ‘Secretary to Government, Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh’ and payable at State Bank of India, Gowliguda Branch, Hyderabad.

DDs and Cheques should be sent to the address: ‘Secretary to Government, Revenue Department (CMRF), Government of Andhra Pradesh, Secretariat Buildings, Hyderabad – 500022.

The details with regard to online donations will be informed in due course of time. Donors who donate to CMRF will get income tax rebated under section 80-GG of Income Tax Act.
