Decks were cleared by the Election Commission for the launch of third phase of Pasupu Kunkuma scheme in Andhra Pradesh. The amount of the scheme will be disbursed in the form of cheques to all the eligible women in the state. The amount will not be credited into the bank accounts as like in Annadatha Sukhibhava.
Rs.4000 in Third Phase:
AP Government will issue the cheque of Rs.4000 per each women beneficiary under Pasupu Kunkuma scheme. The Government has disbursed Rs.2500 and Rs.3500 in the 1st and 2nd phases of the scheme.
Cheques on 5th April 2019:
Chief Minister of AP, Chandrababu Naidu has announced that the third phase cheques of Pasupu Kunkuma will be disbursed on 5th April 2019 across the state. Beneficiaries can encash the cheques in the banks.
Rs.10000 per annum:
In the election year, Government of AP has launched Pasupu Kunkuma scheme. The scheme is aimed at providing financial assistance to the women, particularly DWCRA women in the state.
