- Enter Personal details and upload your photo
- Enter Destination Travel Details
- Mention Purpose of travel (medical / essential services / stranded people / student etc)
- Submit Application
- Upload Exemption Document / Proof of Purpose
- Submit Application and download acknowledgement
- After approval, you can download pass from the same website
