The Government of Andhra Pradesh has announced beneficiaries list of agriculture and gold loan waiver scheme (Runa maafee scheme). In the first phase, the Government will pay the 20 percent of the loan amount considering the cap of Rs.1.5 lakhs. The list can be availed from the website apcbsportal.ap.gov.in/loanstatus . In the second list, about 16 lakhs farmers will get the loan waiver scheme benefits.
Here is the procedure to know your loan status through the website:
You must have installed latest version of the Internet Explorer browser. Firefox and Chrome do not work for this purpose. Now follow the below procedure:

1) log on to apcbsportal.ap.gov.in/loanstatus . The web page looks like as shown in the image.
2) Enter applicable ID proof (It can be aadhaar card / ration card / loan account number)
3) Enter letters as shown in captcha.
4) Press ‘Get’
In the nest step, you may also need to enter / choose concerned bank. The loan status is available for all the recognised banks that are identified for loan waiver scheme.
The website may hang sometimes as the site is popularised by news channels and papers and may get huge traffic from visitors. Keep trying until you get the page displayed. The website is managed by CCLA, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.
