Government of Andhra Pradesh is launching Bhu Seva and Bhudhaar portals as part of its real time governance efforts. Both Bhu Seva (bhuseva.ap.gov.in) and Bhudhaar (bhudhaar.ap.gov.in) are aimed at providing computerised land details and accessing them through mobile apps.
11 Digit Unique Number:
Under Bhudhaar scheme, every piece of land and property will be allotted a 11 digit unique identification number. Bhudhaar number will be given to lands based on survey numbers, sub divisions etc.
Departments of revenue, panchayat raj, registrations, municipal and forest departments are taking part in this exercise. The pilot project was started in Jaggayyapet of Krishna district in April 2018.
Mutation, E-KYB services:
About 20 online services will be available through Bhu Seva and Bhudhaar portals. These include land records information, e-KYB, muration – S – A – Service, Transfer of lands, and other services. These will provide security to the land and easy identification of properties online.
New Transactions:
Bhudhaar 11 digit number will change if the property / land owner is changed through sale / transfer etc. New Bhudhaar will be allotted after due checks with FMB, revenue records etc.
