The number of coronavirus cases in Jammu and Kashmir has climbed to 354 and 5 deaths as on 22nd April, 2020. 12 new cases were reported in one day as per the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Srinagar has confirmed 78 cases making it the highest number of cases in the whole region. With an intention to defeat this disease, the Jammu and Kashmir Government has introduced emergency helpline numbers and also various testing labs and hospitals.

Corona Testing and Treatment Hospitals in Jammu and Kashmir:

Lately, the Jammu and Kashmir Government has also arranged 5,000 isolation beds in case of emergency. Further, it has planned to convert 20,000 coaches in trains into isolation wards.
