Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, N Chandrababu Naidu has approved Happy Nest 2 (Series 2) residential project. The prestigious residential project is undertaken by AP – CRDA at Nelapadu – Amaravati. Nelapadu comes under the purview of Guntur district.
Submit Interest:
CRDA has informed that the interested buyers can submit their interest in purchasing residential flat of Happy Nest Series 2 through www.happynest.live portal. CRDA will send the information on launch of Series 2 to the registered people.

3394 People Ready:
AP Government has reviewed the Happy Nest project status as part of the review of capital construction works. CRDA commissioner Ch. Sreedhar has informed that 3394 people have shown interest through Happy Nest Live portal and ready to pay advance for Series 2 of the project.
Happy Nest 1 has been a huge success as all 1200 flats of 12 blocks are sold out within hours in two phases of sale on 9th November and 10th December 2018.
Top Class Amenities:
Happy Nest project has promised top class amenities to the buyers. The project will be completed within 2 years, as per CRDA. The offer price is Rs.3492 per sft. The amenities, taxes, registration etc will be around Rs.1000 extra per sft. Buyers have to pay the amount phase wise as per the stage of construction.
