Commissioner of Capital Region Development Authority of Andhra Pradesh (AP – CRDA) has informed that the project completion time of Happy Nest Residential venture is three years. He clarified that the CRDA is planning to complete the project within 2 years.
Earlier it was mentioned that the original completion time was 24 months (2 years). With the latest announcement of CRDA, it appears that the Happy Nest may become reality only after 2 years.
Selection of Builder:
CRDA has issued notice inviting bids for the selection of contractors. The housing project will be given to the private developers and construction work may start in February or March 2019.
Two more projects:
With the encouraging response from people across the globe, AP CRDA is planning to announce two more residential projects similar to Happy Nest. These will be called Happy Nest Series 2 and Series 3.
The first project is coming up at Nelapadu village in 12 towers, each with 100 flats. The G+18 floor plans are designed in 14.4 acres of land with all modern facilities. CRDA has named this as Smart Homes project.
