Donakonda flying high with the Capital talk

With the news that the Central Government is considering Donakonda area as the proposed new capital for Andhra Pradesh, there is huge real estate activity in the area. With the better road, rail and air connectivity and proximity to Rayala Seema, Donakonda has been considered by the Union Government as one of the probable places to set up new capital.

Government of Andhra Pradesh also has mentioned in its reports pertaining to the proposals for new capital city that Donakonda area will be good in terms of water, power and transport facilities.

Donakonda is also nearer to Guntur district. The local farmers and people already started feeling the hype of real estate activity in Donakonda. The big cars and leaders are visiting the places in and around Donakonda and enquiring about the fields.
