Government of Andhra Pradesh has extended the last date for the submission of eKYC to avail ration from fair price shops in the state. All the white card holders have to complete the eKYC process as on date as directed by the department of civil supplies.
15th September for Children:
eKYC update has to be completed for children below 15 years of age by 15th September 2019. For elders, the last date for eKYC submission is 5th September 2019.
Aadhaar Number:
Last date has been extended from 20th August as AEPOS machines have been reported errors in taking thumb impressions. Aadhaar card is mandatory to update eKYC for white card holders in AP.
The process eKYC updation will be completed within 3 months to rationalise the distribution of fair price goods. Duplicate and ineligible white cards will be removed through this process. Details of AEPOS are available on the PDS website at https://aepos.ap.gov.in
