EPF Balance Status Online in Gujarat – Ahmedabad

Gujarat Region has EPFO offices in Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Naroda, Vatwa, Surat, Vapi, Bharuch and Vadodara. Employees of Central, State Governments and private establishments offering EPF facility can check their Provident Fund account balance and latest status online through http://59.180.233.84/epfo/member_balance/member_balance_office_select.php . You select ‘Gujarat’ in the column ‘Select PF Office State’. Then the site will display following regions and office names with relevant URLs. Click on the url that you comes under the region / office. Following are details of Region Names, Region Code, Office code and office names. Please read the below columns in the same sequence:

1) GJ Ahmedabad – GJ – AHD – Ahmedabad
2) GJ Ahmedabad – GJ – RAJ – Rajkot
3) GJ Ahmedabad – GJ – NRD – Naroda
4) GJ Ahmedabad – GJ – VAT – Vatwa
5) GJ Surat – SR – SRT – Surat
6) GJ Surat – SR – VAP – Vapi
7) GJ Surat – SR – BRH – Bharuch
8) GJ Vadodara – VD – BRD – Vadodara

Employees and EPFO account holders can check the latest balance in EPF accounts through selecting on the Name of the Office. If you are working under the purview of Ahmedabad office, you should click on ‘AHMEDABAD’ under ‘Office Name’ column and fill the required details along with your mobile numer. Take enough care in providing mobile number as your account details will be sent to your mobile through SMS. It may take some time depending upon the pending SMS requests, but you will certainly receive the SMS from EPFO server. You will also get the details of recent transactions if any in your account including withdrawal, transfer, close of account etc. You should provide following details to get the EPF status:

2) Name (as appears in EPF Slip) :
3) Mobile :

And then tick the terms of service and click on ‘Submit’. You will get the almost updated results with EPF balance and status of fresh transactions if any. EPFO offices usually update the account balances on daily / weekly basis. Most probably you will get the balance as on any day of the current week.
