Aadhar is going completely online. The UIDAI authorities are making efforts to see the process hassle free. The users can now download Aadhar cards from the website eaadhar.uidai.gov.in. You can also make changes and corrections to the Aadhar registered details you and your family members through online.
Apart from this, you can now get the details of your Aadhar card status to your mobile phone. After the completion of registration process, you can see the updates of your card through mobile phone. Here is the step by step process:
1) Enter UID STATUS and 14 digit number given to you at the time of registration.
2) Send the message to 51969 as an SMS.
3) If your Aadhar number is ready, you will get the same as an SMS.
4) If your the Aadhar number is not ready at that time, you will get the same message to your mobile phone.
