In an effort to fill the coffers, the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA), Andhra Pradesh has decided to conduct auction for a total of 96 plots in different parts of the Hyderabad city. The land of around 4.795 acres at Nandagiri Hills also has been put on auction for sale along with plots. Interested buyers can file bids through e-bidding as prescribed by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority. Following are details of upset prices for various plots and land at Nandagiri Hills:
1. Nandagiri Hills land (4.795 cres) has been fixed at Rs.23,95,80,000 per acre
2. 2,021 square yards plot at Asifnagar (new): Price per square yard has been fixed at Rs.25,000
3. Price for square yard for one plot each at 1) Asifnagar (old), 2) Mushk Mahal, 3) nine plots at Ramchandrapuram, 4) 44 plots at Nallagandla 5) 21 plots at Miyapur and 6) two plots at Tellapur: Rs.10,000 per square yard
4. For 17 plots at Gopanpally: Price is Rs.11,000 per square yard.
