The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has started the process of scrutinising LRS and BRS applications received through LRS / BRS Scheme 2015. The online applications being received through www.hmda.gov.in are processes by the officials concerned and the citizens can check the status of their applications.
The HMDA website is uploading the status of LRS applications received under the Layout Regularisation Scheme -2015 of Government of Telangana. The village wise status of applications are being uploaded on the website of HMDA.

The citizens can check the details of layouts along with survey numbers, plot owners, their application number, fee paid, challan numbers and the status of their applications.
There seems to be good response to the LRS and BRS schemes of the Government of Telangana. The authorities also not insisting on the age old documents to process the applications. The link documents and fire and safety approvals are not necessary to apply for LRS and BRS schemes 2015.
