constituency is presently represented by Maganti Gopinath, who won the seat in 2014 on TDP ticket and later joined in TRS Party. He has secured TRS ticket again to

Jubilee Hills assembly constituency was created in 1957 and represented by TDP and Congress candidates. In 2014 elections, M. Gopinath won the seat with a margin of 9242 votes against Naveen Yadav of AIMIM. Congress Party stood third in that elections with 20.47 percent votes.
