The TRS President K. Chandra Sekhar Rao (KCR) has come out heavily on the nature of Telangana Bill / AP Reorganisation Bill 2013. He asked the people to get ready for another agitation to get Telangana state without any conditions on Hyderabad.
Most importantly, KCR demanded the Central Government to make changes to T Bill before it is tabled in Parliament. This will certainly take some more time before it goes to Parliament.
In the present circumstances, it is almost certain that the special session of Parliament is necessary before the announcement of general election schedule. The T Bill may not be introduced in Budget session as it will be dedicated for the introduction of vote on account budget.
BJP is also tilting its stand this way or that way and trying to get maximum political mileage out of Telangana Bill 2013.
