The election commission of India is bracing up for Lok Sabha elections 2014. The commission is likely to announce poll schedule in the last week of February or at best in the first week of March 2014.
Along with Lok Sabha, Assembly Elections for Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and Sikkim states also will be held by the election commission of India.
In all likelihood, the Parliament is likely to be convened in February 2014 to pass vote on account and some bills related to anti corruption.
There is so much anxiety and uncertainty prevailed with regard to the fate of Telangana Bill 2013. Though there is a talk of special session of parliament to pass Telangana Bill, the Congress may find it difficult to complete several formalities for the creation of a new state and to prepare itself for general elections.
