The 40 seats Mizoram Assembly elections 2013 drawn no enthusiasm in the media circles. No news channel and media and survey organisations have conducted exit polls in Mizoram. The results of Mizoram Assembly elections 2013 will be announced on 8th December 2013.
The Congress may retain the state as like in 2008 elections. It won as many as 32 seats out of total 40 segments in Mizoram elections 2008. Though the opposition parties, MNF, MPC and others joined together, it may be difficult to dismiss the chances of the Congress returning back to power.
The C Voter has done exit polls for India TV Channel. It predicted hung assembly in Mizoram. As oer the survey, the Congress may be reduced to 19 seats. Let us wait till 8th December for the real verdict.
