At last, the Congress party in Telangana is in joyous mood after showing its strength in MPTC and ZPTC elections. Congress has won majority of MPTC seats while the TRS is slightly gained in ZPTCs over the Congress.
The surprise in MPTC and ZPTC elections in Telangana is the positive results for TDP. The party is in comfortable position with more than a thousand MPTC and more than 50 ZPTC seats in Telangana. So, one can not rule out TDPs strength in Telangana in the post bifurcation scenario.
TDP is in second place in Nalgonda district and secured top position in Khammam MPTC results. It has gained considerable seats in Rangareddy district.
