Nekkallu in Thullur Mandal to give 1386 Acres for AP Capital City

The Government of Andhra Pradesh has come up with first land pooling notification in Nekkallu village in Thullur mandal of Guntur district. The deputy collector and competent authority on land pooling for capital city construction, K. Madhuri has released the land pooling notification on 3rd January 2015.

With this the Government of Andhra Pradesh has officialy launched the land pooling activities in Thullur mandal, which is the core area for the new capital construction in AP. The total area to be pooled in Nekkallu village is 1386.92 acres.

The GO has been already issued in accordance with the Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) Act 2014 sections 3 (1), 3 (3) and 3 (4) and the orders dated RC No. 3981 / 2014-A4, 2 January 2015.

The applications for filing objections and suggestions with form no. 9.2 and consent application form no. 9.3 are available on the website www.crda.ap.gov.in . Related land details, farmers names and guidelines and provisions for the expression of objections to the land pooling are available on the website www.crda.ap.gov.in . Plan copy of the CRDA land pooling is available with the authorised officials.
