Here comes new website for registrations and stamps department of Telangana State. The details of sale deeds, registrations and EC (Encumbrance Certificates) in the Telangana districts can be accessed from the new IGRS website at http://registration.telangana.gov.in . The old website http://registration.ap.gov.in/ is allotted for Andhra Pradesh / Seemandhra.
People from Telangana can check their land / plot / flat transactions through the new website at http://registration.telangana.gov.in .

The districts covered in the registrations website are Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Medak, Adilabad, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Warangal, Khammam, Mahaboobnagar, Nalgonda and all the new districts.
New Website for AP Registrations and ECs
People can download ECs, Deed details, stamp duties and details of concerned sub registrar officers from the new website. You can check and download these copies for verification purpose only. For official purposes of any of these documents, you need to get them through Mee Sevas.
