Following are the land / plot rates in Hyderabad / Secunderabad as on October 2015. The real estate activity in and around Hyderabad / Secunderabad is not so encouraging for quite some time. The market has not picked up even after the bifurcation as the retail investments from Coastal Andhra to Hyderabad seems ceased to a greater extent. The final rates will depend up on the HMDA / HUDA permissions, infrastructure in the area concerned, facilities in the layout etc. Purchasing an HUDA / HMDA approved plots will have an advantage over the panchayat approved plots as the later need regularisation to construct a house. The banks will provide easy loans to HMDA / HUDA approved plots.
